Website Images/Designs/Works (Brief)

All images/designs and works shown on this website are owned by the Atelier Dandylion Miniatures and Angela Law (Miniature Artisan for the Atelier). Images may be used only with prior permission from one or both the aforementioned. Image use/permission is only granted on the strict basis that printed acknowledgment is given alongside image as follows: "original image and work by the Miniature Artisan - Angela Law" or "original image and work by Angela Law - Miniature Artisan for the Atelier Dandylion Miniatures".

All designs/works shown on this website are owned/created by Miniature Artisan - Angela Law and the Atelier - Dandylion Miniatures. Under no circumstances are these works to be copied/replicated without prior permission/agreement in writing.

· All Dandylion Miniatures items/products are collectable items, they are not toys. Items are made with materials that sometimes include small parts and finishings/treatments that are not suitable for children and pets. All items are deemed as suitable for responsible adults only.

· All collection pieces made are unique one of a kind antiqued works made with salvaged/recycled wood and forest floor finds. All carvings, curves are cut by eye and hand (the old way) often with added aging processes (e.g. Own staining and wormhole techniques etc); therefore, these works are perfectly imperfect pieces that will NEVER be identical to another and that give the impression of real quality antique pieces.

· All items/products are sold as seen (unless agreed changes have been made prior to dispatch – Note: this usually is something simple added to small parts to make them more secure during the delivery).

· Refunds are only offered upon return of item/s within 30 days and in original condition and packaging. Note: Photos of item/s in packaging will be taken prior to sending for insurance purposes. All returns have to be agreed upon within 48hrs of the buyer/collector/investor/organisation taking delivery of thier purchase.

· You are purchasing the item as described, any accessories and/or additional display or furniture pieces shown in sales/site image/s are NOT included in the purchase

· Preparation of item/s for postage will take 3-5 days, after which you will be provided with tracking details.

. Museum/Private House and Trust acquistions can make separate arrangements for packing and transportations should this be necessary (such as for own Insurance compliance)/desired (arrangements can be made separately).

· You are responsible for ALL customs/tariff fees etc that may be applicable in your destination country
